What You Will Learn

The science of mesotherapy
History and scientific basis — from Dr Michel Pistor's original work to the modern evidence base. How intradermal delivery achieves bioavailability that topical application cannot.
Cocktail knowledge
Vitamins, hyaluronic acid, amino acids, growth factors, and enzyme preparations. How to formulate and select the right cocktail for each patient and indication.
Injection techniques
Nappage, point by point, and retrograde linear threading. When to use each, depth, spacing, and adaptation to different treatment areas.
Facial skin rejuvenation
Full face mesotherapy protocol for skin quality — hydration, luminosity, fine line reduction, and early photodamage.
Hair mesotherapy
Scalp mesotherapy for androgenetic alopecia, diffuse thinning, and telogen effluvium. Cocktail selection and injection protocol.
Body mesotherapy
Cellulite mechanism, evidence for mesotherapy treatment, cocktail selection, and injection protocol for thighs and buttocks.
