Completed both Botulinum Toxin Beginners AND Intermediate courses with a recognised provider, plus significant independent clinical experience treating patients across all intermediate areas. About This Course
Level 3 represents the completion of your botulinum toxin training at PHP Training Academy. The treatments covered in this course are the ones that require the most anatomical knowledge, the most clinical judgement, and the greatest understanding of individual patient variation. They are also the treatments that are generating the most patient demand in 2026 — Nefertiti lift, masseter reduction, and Trap Tox in particular.
By the end of this day you will have the technical knowledge and the clinical framework to offer the complete range of botulinum toxin treatments with confidence — and to know precisely when not to treat.
What You Will Learn
Nefertiti lift — full protocol
The complete Nefertiti lift technique — jawline definition and neck tightening using botulinum toxin. Platysma anatomy in detail, injection points, dosing, the relationship between neck and lower face treatment, and how to combine with fillers for maximum jawline definition.
Masseter reduction
Masseter muscle anatomy, palpation technique for accurate localisation, injection points and depths, dosing for facial slimming versus bruxism management, expected timeline of reduction, and the repeat treatment protocol. One of the most requested treatments in 2026.
Hyperhidrosis — underarms, hands and feet
