Instead of one technique, you learn a whole-area approach: how to assess the neck, décolletage and hands, and how to combine topical and injectable skin therapies for the best result in each area. The course also covers patient psychology and the consultation of cosmetic patients. Taught by Dr Philippe Hamida-Pisal and our clinical team.

How the course is assessed

Pre-study
The pre-study pack and assessment on our learning platform, completed before your practical day. Your login is issued when you book.

Theory and demonstration
Anatomy, assessment and the combined protocol for each area, followed by a live demonstration by your trainer.

Practical sign-off
Your trainer observes your full patient treatment, from consultation to aftercare, and signs off your competency before your certificate is issued.

CPD Certification
Our course material is CPD Certified by The CPD Certification Service (Member No. 7006). CPD Certification confirms that the course material meets recognised CPD standards and guidelines. It does not confirm the competence of any learner completing the course; competence is assessed by PHP Training Academy against its own assessment criteria. Under the GMC, GDC, NMC and GPhC, CPD is self-directed and self-declared: your certificate gives you the evidence to record it. It is a record of training rather than a regulated qualification.
Which techniques does the course cover?
Microneedling, chemical peels from simple to advanced, filler and mesotherapy cocktails, combined into one approach for the neck, décolletage and hands.
Do I need injectable experience?
It is helpful but not required. The course is best suited to medically qualified practitioners. If you are unsure, contact us before booking.
Will I treat a real patient?
Yes. Every delegate treats their own patients, and models are never shared between delegates. One-to-one tuition gives you more hands-on treatments.
Is SoMUK membership worth it for this course?
SoMUK members pay £640 instead of £800 for the group course, a saving of £160. Membership costs £150 a year, so this course alone covers it.
Should I take individual courses first?
