The VTCT Skills Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Treatments brings that teaching into an Ofqual-regulated qualification, delivered at 22 Harley Street.
The programme is taught by GMC and GPhC registered prescriber educators, one-to-one and in small groups, on real patients in a CQC-registered clinic. It is the same personal, judgement-led teaching that has shaped our international training for over a decade — now within a regulated qualification framework.

Every delegate is taught one-to-one and in small groups, on real patients, by a registered prescriber. That sets a hard limit on how many learners we can take at any one time. It is the reason our delegates get genuine hands-on supervision rather than a place at the back of a demonstration room — and the reason we cannot take everyone who applies.

A regulated, master’s-level qualification
The Level 7 Diploma is a regulated qualification in clinical aesthetic injectable treatments, set at postgraduate (master’s) level on the Regulated Qualifications Framework. It is designed for registered healthcare professionals who want to practise botulinum toxin and dermal filler treatments safely, to a nationally recognised standard, and to evidence their competence for insurers, registers and regulators.
At PHP Training Academy the diploma is taught by GMC and GPhC registered prescriber trainers, in small groups only so every delegate gets genuine hands-on time and individual supervision.

Who can apply
Entry is open to professionals registered with a healthcare statutory regulator or eligible practitioners, who hold a Level 6 (degree-level) qualification and have prescribing supervision in place. You do not need to be an independent prescriber yourself — you will be supervised by a qualified prescribing practitioner throughout.

English language IELTS 7.0 (or equivalent) is required where English is not your first language. Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL) is available.

The programme is blended and built around real clinical practice, adapted to each professional’s starting experience level.
A learning platform built around this qualification
Around 97 of the programme’s hours are completed in your own time on our learning platform — the taught content for all six units, the VTCT Skills unit specifications, your learner handbook, and a formative assessment bank for each unit, so that you and your assessor both know where you stand before you arrive at Harley Street.
You receive your login when you register. The platform is for enrolled delegates only and carries no public catalogue.

Duration & what you achieve
Most delegates complete the diploma in around 9–14 months alongside their existing work, with up to 24 months allowed. Because it is portfolio-based and adapted to your experience, it flexes around you.
On successful completion you will hold the Ofqual-regulated VTCT Skills Level 7 Diploma and be able to evidence safe, competent practice in the most commonly requested injectable treatments — supporting your professional insurance, your standing with registers such as the JCCP, and your patients’ confidence.
