Who This Course Is For
Particularly suited to GPs, physiotherapists, sports medicine practitioners, and any clinician treating musculoskeletal pain. Basic anatomy knowledge required. Aesthetic mesotherapy experience beneficial but not mandatory.

What You Will Learn

Evidence base
Clinical evidence for mesotherapy in musculoskeletal pain — how it compares with corticosteroid injection, NSAID therapy, and physiotherapy.
Cocktail formulation
Anti-inflammatory agents, muscle relaxants, local anaesthetics, and vitamins in pain cocktails — formulation for different pain types.
Cervical and lumbar spine
Protocol for neck pain and low back pain. Injection technique, safe depth, volume, and frequency for acute versus chronic presentations.
Shoulder pain
Rotator cuff pathology, subacromial bursitis, and bicipital tendinopathy — mesotherapy protocols and physiotherapy integration.
Knee and joint pain
Osteoarthritic knee, patellar tendinopathy, and periarticular pain — mesotherapy approach and comparison with HA joint injection.
Sports injuries
Tennis elbow, Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis — evidence for mesotherapy in chronic tendinopathy and injection protocols.
