Training
Polynucleotides — PDRN — bind to adenosine receptors in the dermis and trigger fibroblast proliferation, collagen synthesis and tissue repair at a cellular level. Multiple randomised trials support their use. They are not a trend. They are a clinically validated treatment with a clear mechanism of action.
The Korean Connection
Polynucleotides have been in mainstream clinical use in South Korea for over a decade. This course reflects both the European clinical evidence and the Korean clinical experience that Dr Philippe Hamida-Pisal and Dr Jihyun Byun bring to PHP’s regenerative practice.
Before you book
Polynucleotide products used in aesthetic practice are purified DNA fragments of fish origin, most commonly salmon or trout. A known fish or seafood allergy is a specific contraindication, and this must be asked about by name at every consultation. The course covers this in detail.

Review of the published trial evidence for polynucleotides in skin rejuvenation, periorbital improvement and hair restoration — and its limits.

The major polynucleotide products in the UK and Europe — concentrations, formulations and injection characteristics. Product selection by indication.
Face injection technique
Depth, volume per point, frequency, and the specific approach for periorbital, midface and full-face treatment.
Scalp and hair technique
Scalp protocol for hair loss — spacing, depth, volumes and treatment course for androgenetic alopecia and diffuse thinning.
What they will not do
Polynucleotides stimulate; they do not fill. Recognising the patient who needs volume or a neuromodulator instead, and saying so.

Polynucleotide treatment is rarely used alone
In practice these three treatments are layered: skin quality is prepared, the tissue is stimulated, and the result is supported. Delegates who train in one usually return for the others within the year. We therefore teach them together at 22 Harley Street, in a single combined programme covering all three — the sequencing, the intervals between them, and what each adds that the others cannot.
